KEY PEOPLE




Jason Tollette
Chief Manager

Jason came to Meyer Commercial, Inc. in 2005 after enjoying over 15 exciting years in the golf industry. The last nine of those years were spent as the Director of Golf and General Manager of Izatys Golf & Yacht Club. This experience of managing this beautiful upscale resort located on Mille Lacs Lake in Central Minnesota gives Jason a unique perspective on achieving win, win situations for his clients. While at Izatys Jason managed the day-to-day activities of the busy resort that employed over 250 people. He also oversaw the development of a new 18-hole championship golf course and the residential development of 45 single-family home sites and 24 town homes.

In the fall of 2008 Jason purchased Meyer Commercial, LLC and is currently involved in residential developments from the Brainerd Lakes area to the twin cities. Jason's background as a business owner and land developer brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients.

Jason, his wife Sherry, and stepson Justin reside in Plymouth. In his spare time he enjoys coaching Justin's hockey teams, spending time up at the lake, and of course golfing!




Allen Bright
Broker

Allen uses his law degree to negotiate complex transactions which ultimately benefit his clients. He has exceptional knowledge of Internal Revenue Code 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and Condemnation Proceed Exchanges. Allen also has done extensive site selection work for corporate clients throughout Minnesota and the Dakotas. Properties with environmental issues are also an area of expertise. Allen has been a member of the St. Cloud Zoning Board of appeals for the last 9 years.




Nancy Doran
Sales Representative

Nancy Doran brings to Meyer Commercial, LLC over twenty five years of experience in the areas of sales, leasing, real estate valuation, marketing, investment analysis and public/media relations. She is a graduate member of the CCIM Institute, having received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Upon completion of this graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience, the CCIM designation is awarded to certified professionals in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis.

An enthusiastic and dedicated sales and leasing specialist, Nancy has placed hundreds of tenants and buyers in both large and small retail, office and industrial sites. She is a tireless and high integrity individual who has had the honor of representing such national clients as Wells Fargo Corporation, American Family Insurance, CitiFinancial, Chipotle Corporation, Countrywide Home Loans, State Farm Insurance, Regis Corporation, Subway Sandwich Corporation, Scottrade, Medica and numerous other agencies.

Nancy’s formal education includes extensive coursework in commercial investment real estate, journalism, business writing and marketing. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and has had the privilege of being the guest speaker at two national motivational “Women in Business” seminars.

Nancy and her husband, Peter, have seven children, five grandchildren, and live Big Lake, MN. She enjoys all types of water sports, golf and playing the piano.




Bill Molitor
Sales Representative

Bill brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm in helping the buyer/seller accomplish the goals they have set out for their property. He has an extensive background in commercial and industrial development, site selection and leasing. His hands on experience from his own land development projects add to the expertise he can offer his clients in successfully helping them to achieve their goals with their own developments.

Bill is well versed in buyer's representation which is an innovative way for a buyer to have exclusive representation in the ever changing marketplace of commercial real estate.

Bill has been award a special certificate of recognition as an Exchange Agent by Starker Services, Inc, on 1031 Exchanges. Bill welcomes the opportunity to discuss with his clients the tax saving opportunities available through the effective use of Section 1031 exchanges.

Everett Rasmussen
Sales Representative

Everett is well on his way to a “Second Career”! He completed 30 years with Herberger’s Department Stores in 1983, he served as a Vice President of the Corporation in addition to being a Central Merchandiser for their chain of 44 stores. His second career began in August 1983 with Marks Realty specializing in Commercial and Investment Real Estate. With his background in retail, he has been highly successful in retail type leasing and sales related to retail. In 1985 he was lured to Meyer Commercial. Everett has learned the market very well and has developed a large database of influential clients. He takes pride in finding the right buyer/seller in each transaction. Another strong area of expertise is in apartment house sales. Honesty is one of his many virtues coupled with an outstanding work ethic.




Thomas Ruhland
Sales Representative

Tom applies his Bachelor of Science degrees in Real Estate and Finance to negotiate the best transactions for his clients. Tom is a certified MAI Commercial Real Estate Appraiser and maintains a commercial appraisal practice where he has appraised hundreds of commercial properties and businesses during his career. Tom takes the guesswork out of real estate valuations.




Don Weisman
Sales Representative

With more than 25 years of experience in commercial sales, Don provides his clients with a wealth of insight and information. He is well versed in all areas of commercial real estate, including site selection, commercial and industrial buildings, resort sales, and development opportunities. His expertise is sought out by financial institutions, to whom he has frequently provided property evaluations to guide them in their decision making process.

A top negotiator in the industry, he believes in a straightforward and results-driven approach to the business. His specialty is representing buyers and sellers in the sale of major real estate assets.

Mr. Weisman has been award a special certificate of recognition as an Exchange Agent by Starker Services, Inc, the nation’s foremost authority on1031 Exchanges. Don welcomes the opportunity to discuss with his clients the tax saving opportunities available through the effective use of Section1031 exchanges.

Site selection is another specialty service he provides. He has exclusively been retained by some of the largest Institutions in the area to provide them with assistance in selecting and securing sites with highly specific criteria.




Mark Kern
Office Manager/Sales Representative

Mark came to Meyer Commercial, Inc. after working 10 years in the golf industry. The last three of those years were spent as a Golf Professional at Izatys Resort on Lake Mille Lacs. Mark has a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing from Ferris State University, Big Rapids, Michigan. The experience gained through his career in the golf industry and his Marketing Degree has given Mark the skills to be the Office Manager at Meyer Commercial, Inc. and to effectively work with the agents and their clients for their appropriate needs. Mark is also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Minnesota.
